The Architectural Committee is responsible for approving all plans for any structure to be built on any lot and is also responsible for interpreting the development and construction standards contained within the covenants.

If you are building a fence or any other structure on your lot please review your neighborhood covenants, fill out the architectural review form and send to greencountryhoa@gmail.com, also please include a rough plan sketch of the addition and/or new fencing location as it relates to you house and lot.

 

Please note that if you save the architectural review form to your computer first you will be able to edit and save your changes allowing you to email the form.
